Young wine, without any barrel ageing.
Tempranillo, vines of an average age of 20 years, most of which grow on trellises.
Bright cherry-red, very intense.
Clean aromas, very fruity, with notes of berry fruits and wild flowers.
Mouth: Very fresh, juicy and vibrant. Finish: Flavorful and pleasant.
Serve at 12-14º C (53.5-57º F).
With appetizers or an after-dinner drink. Ideal with semi-cured cheeses and charcuterie. Roasted peppers. Potato-based stews. Grilled and barbecued meats: sirloin, sausage, chops, burgers, etc. Grilled white meats: chicken, turkey.
Harvest: Mostly mechanical harvest, from mid-September to mid-October. Fermentation: 12 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Young wine, without any barrel aging. It ages in the bottle for two months before being released on the market.

Ferrous clay and calcareous clay. Variety: 100% Tempranillo, vines of an average age of 20 years, most of which grow on trellises.
