Winemaking:
Harvest: Mostly mechanical harvest, from mid-September to mid-October. Fermentation: 12 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Ageing:
Young wine, without any barrel aging. It ages in the bottle for two months before being released on the market.
